Why attend a bridal fair?
A bridal fair is the key component to planning the perfect wedding. Hundreds of vendors available in every category are under one roof at your fingertips... You can browse invitation designs as well as get advice from the best professionals in the industry while sampling "delectable treats", checking out the hottest event decor, seeing up close the best wedding attire for your event and checking off your list of to-do's!
What resources will I find at the bridal fair?
Vendors from all categories will be available to speak with you personally to aid you in planning your perfect day. Cake bakeries, florists, invitation designers, decor, relationship services, formal wear, and the works. Every component integral to planning a successful event will be present at the fair that day.
Why do tickets cost $10?
Tickets are set at a price that reflects the quality of the venue and vendors collaborating with the fair. Brides will have access to a comprehensive variety of vendors. The Mesquite Bridal Fair sets its ticket prices to half that of the average metroplex bridal fair in order to ensure that all brides, no matter what the budget, can have the wedding of their dreams. And remember that grooms get in FREE when they join their bride for the day! And do not forget, if you register ahead of time, you will get FREE tickets to the show!!
Do I have to be Present to Win?
Yes, you do, but don't fret. You get the prize that you have won one on the spot and we will have tons of things to do all day to keep you busy between the prize announcements. We announce the prizes every 30 minutes throughout the day! At or last show we gave over 50 brides prizes!! Just visit the registration table when you arrive, and wait to hear your name!
Who should come with me?
We encourage brides to bring family as well as key bridal party members to help the bride visit with vendors and provide valuable input with wedding decisions.
Why Mesquite?
It is right outside of Dallas, and it is a hot bed of entertainment with the home of the Mesquite Rodeo and Resitol Arena as our venue! Mesquite is also to home to over 135,000 people alone. There are several other prominent venue listings featured in this bridal fair from the surrounding areas as well as access to tons of Dallas' best wedding vendors!

Visit our vendor page and fill out our form to be contacted by a Mesquite Bridal Fair representative within 24 hours.
What is included in my registration?
Vendors will receive their choice of booth space (upon availability) per your registration request, and electricity is available at a nominal fee, your website link can be featured on our links page, and a listing in bridal fair program.
When can I set up my booth?
Setup begins at 7am Sunday morning. Doors open at 11. You can be there anytime between 7:00 and 11:00am AS long as your booth is ready by 10:30 am!
Will I get a listing of bride leads?
Yes. All vendors will be provided with a FREE listing via e-file of bridal contact information.
